Newbury’s Entire Road Network Resurfaced

Support from the Canada Community-Building Fund allowed the Village of Newbury to resurface its entire road network.

Every road in the village is in better condition thanks to the resurfacing project.

And the work also allowed the municipality to install accessible sidewalks alongside all the roads, in line with specifications outlined by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

The project also saw a culvert replaced on Dundas Street, opening up opportunities for development of nearby land.
